My name is Clare, and I’m a pediatric Occupational Therapist who definitely has Sensory Processing Disorder, but grew up during a time when having it diagnosed was not common.

I’m on a mission to make sensory processing easy to understand for parents and caregivers. I’m a firm believer that you don’t have to buy new or fancy equipment to build sensory activities into your day!

My instincts have served me tremendously in being a pediatric OT, and now I’m hoping this page and the classes I’m developing help to educate caregivers, families and other OT’s on how to foster the development of the children under their care. I’m glad you’ve stopped by.
