Tired of friends and family saying you just need to discipline your child more when they see your child having big feelings
Like your child can sometimes “deal with it” but “falls apart” when they get home or are with you, their safe space
Everyday activities like brushing teeth and getting dressed are so emotionally draining for you and your child
Like you’re walking on eggshells. The same activity can go well one day and leads to meltdowns the next
Like you wish you could do fun things with your child, but their sensory challenges make it too hard for everyone
I was that kid, and I can help!
My name is Clare. I was a “Sensory Kid” before it was widely recognized. I also have anxiety. I grew up to study Psychology in undergrad and a Masters in Occupational Therapy.
My own lived experience has given me lots of insight to help kids who struggle with sensory processing and anxiety.
I was definitely a “good kid,” who wanted to please others, but I also had a strong will and could want to control things sometimes (either others or situations).
Growing up and learning more about anxiety and Sensory Processing, I learned a lot of these traits were likely due to the different way my brain processes information.
My experience plus my education has helped me to empower parents to see their children’s struggles through a different lens, which in turn empowers families to find more joy and success in the things they and their children want to do everyday!
Not Sure What Sensory Processing Is?
Sensory Processing is your brain’s ability to take in the traits of our environment (sights, sounds, smells, movement, touch, etc.) make sense of it, use it for other brain processes and move on.
Sensory Processing Can Impact…
Frustration Tolerance Making it hard for your child to adjust when things don’t go how they expect them to.
Willingness to Try New Things Causing your child to feel unsure and want more control, which limits him or her from trying new things.
Attention Making it challenging for your child to pay attention in busy environments, as well as to activities that aren’t his or her favorite.
Communication When your child can’t find their “calm” they often can’t access the language skills they have in order to communicate their frustrations, needs and wants.

Frequently Asked Questions
How Will This Course Help My Child to Find Peace?
By seeing your child’s day through a Sensory Processing lens and learning tools matched to their sensory needs, you will have the tools you need to help your child get and stay calm more easily.
How Long Do I Have Access to the Course?
Forever! But coaching calls will be scheduled within a 12 week time frame. This is designed with the intention of creating a steady flow of learning as well as to enable group discussion.
How Much Time Will This Course Take?
Video recorded lessons are on average 30 minutes. Once you complete Lesson 6, you would benefit from working with your child for 10-20 minutes per day 3-5 days per week to teach and practice the strategies you are learning.
Do I Need New or Specific Equipment?
Most likely not! One of my values is showing parents how you can use things you most likely have around the house (blanket, pillows, dish soap, spices) to meet your child’s sensory needs.
What Age is This Program Intended For?
Most of the tools and strategies are most relevant for 3-10 year olds. Although, learning about Sensory Processing, tips for transitions and the jobs of the sensory systems can benefit parents of younger or older children as well.
How is This Different Than 1 on 1 OT?
This course is designed to educate you on the whys and hows of Sensory Processing to in turn empower you to see and understand your child’s behaviors. While you will be able to try specific sensory strategies for your child’s needs based on the material provided, we won’t be setting goals or providing individualized treatment to meet your child’s needs.
Is There a Guarantee?
I’m confident that if you complete the lessons and use the group coaching and 1 on 1 coaching call supports you will feel confident to provide your child with strategies to find peace. If you are not satisfied within 30 days, you can request a refund.
Still Not Sure?
It can be intimidating to commit to an investment of both time and money.
